1. What is processed
The service processes parent names; child name(s); birth month and day for parents and children; parent roles (Mother, Father, or Parent / Guardian); an optional cause number; the selected public/charter corporation or private school; and schedule choices. On Free, a birth year is not collected. Free keeps the month and day only. On Free, an email may also be collected when printables are generated. Free uses that information in the current browser session to generate a printable only and does not save a plan. That email does not restore a calendar and is not an account. Judges and mediators who sign in also have an account email and may save full plan snapshots. A saved signed-in plan stores the child's birth year with the month and day. Parent birthdays stay month and day only.
2. No login
Free-limited has no account sign-in. Free does not save a plan. Judges and mediators sign in with a magic link after an invite. Saved judicial plans are opened from My calendars, not from a public URL. A short plan code for a saved signed-in plan is kept on this device. It does not reopen that plan on another device. Names, birth month and day, and other identifiers are not placed in shareable links or in the address-bar query string as readable identifiers.
3. Access windows (not deletion)
Free-limited (families) does not save a plan. Printables are generated in the current browser session; closing the tab or leaving the service ends the session, and the plan cannot be reopened later. Judicial and mediator accounts can save and restore plans. Access runs through the invite/access term plus 6 months. Paid attorney and firm access is planned later. When a saved-plan window ends, access ends. Records may be retained after that. This page does not promise deletion.
4. School calendars
Public intake does not collect school-calendar provenance (source URL, where a calendar was found, or a submit-to-queue form). The service only shows whether a calendar is already on file. Review of missing districts is internal.
5. Who this is for
The product is aimed at parents and counsel, including parties proposing a schedule that a court can read and enter. Judicial and mediator access is offered by invite (allowlist). Personal information is not collected from children directly.
6. Sale, processors, and legal process
Plan data is not sold. Hosting and, when paid access is offered, payment processors may receive what they need to run those services. Information may be disclosed if required by law.
7. Planning aids, not an order
Generated calendars are planning and exhibit aids. They are not a court order and do not replace the Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines or a decree.
