1. Planning and exhibit aid
This service is a planning and exhibit aid for proposing or documenting a parenting-time schedule. It is not a court order.
2. Confirm against the decree and the Guidelines
Parties and counsel should confirm the generated days against the decree or any other court order or written agreement, and against the official Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines. If an order differs from the Guidelines, the order controls.
3. Free-limited does not save a plan
Free-limited (families) does not save a plan. Printables are generated in the current browser session. Closing the tab or leaving the service ends that session; the entries are not stored and the plan cannot be reopened later. No account sign-in is required.
4. What is processed to generate printables
The service processes parent names, child name(s), and birth month and day for parents and children. On Free, a birth year is not collected. Free keeps the month and day only. A saved signed-in plan stores the child's birth year with the month and day. Parent birthdays stay month and day only. The service also processes parent roles (Mother, Father, or Parent / Guardian), an optional cause number, the selected public/charter corporation or private school, schedule choices, and — on Free — an email used only to generate printables in this session. 5. Judges and mediators
Invited judges and mediators sign in with a magic link. The account email and saved plan snapshots are stored so a calendar can be reopened. A saved signed-in plan stores the child's birth year with the month and day. Access runs through the invite/access term plus 6 months. Records may be retained after access ends. Free-limited family use stays session-only and does not use this account.
